(right

by
South
Westnedge
Avenue
(running
from the
lower
right
corner
to the
top
center
edge)
. The
First
Reformed
Church
of
Portage
,
7905

Westnedge
,
is
visible
near
the
lower
right
center
edge
on the
corner
of
South
Westnedge
and
Brown
Street
. As of
2006
,
all
of the
structures
located
within
the
township/city's
triangle
have been
demolished
to
make
way
for the
new
Portage
City
Hall
which
was
dedicated
in
1988
. The
First
Reformed
Church
continues
to
operate
from this
location
however
an
extensive
"
education
"
wing
was
added
to the
north
side
of the
structure
. The
large
vacant
field
to the
north
of the
church
is
the
future
site
of the
Portage
Public/District
Library
.
