House

It
once
was the
sole
occupant
of the
block
however
Mr

Basset's
son's
(George)
widow

who
eventually
inherited
the
property
, had
three
two
story
buildings
erected
to
help
increase
her
income
.
Eventually
two
more
buildings
were
built
completely
surrounding
and
entombing
the
once
elegant
structure
.
Little
has
changed
in this
image
(with
the
exception
of
tenants)
over
the
past
sixty-five
plus
years
.
